All items are real shot. Slight brightness difference of white flocking fabric exists due to lighting and monitor display. Tiny cutting burrs, uneven flocking density and faint base splice lines are standard mass production traces, not product defects, returns based on above reasons will not be accepted.
Normal Material Wear Disclaimer
Made of short flocking fabric and density board base. Long contact with perfume, sweat and grease causes dirty, clumpy and shedding flocking. Damp storage leads to mold and glue separation. Heavy long-term squeezing leaves irreversible dents; sharp jewelry pulls and pills the fabric. All above are normal wear, free replacement and compensation are unavailable.
Size & Compatibility Disclaimer
Tray overall size and single grid inner size are manually measured with ±0.3cm tolerance. Each grid layout is independent: narrow slots for thin necklaces/bracelets, large compartments for pendants/bangles. Not fit for oversized irregular thick jewelry. Buyer bears return shipping cost if accessories cannot fit due to size mismatch.
Storage Environment Disclaimer
Only for indoor normal-temperature dry jewelry storage. Do not store long-term in damp bathroom or sunlit balcony; no after-sales support for mold, fading or deformation caused by improper storage. Do not hold corrosive liquid.
Safety Warning Disclaimer
Hard edges may cause bumps during moving, kids must be supervised by adults to avoid cuts. Loose tiny flocking fibers shall not be inhaled or swallowed.
Transit Damage Disclaimer
Temporary edge indentations and flattened flocking from transit stacking recover naturally after resting. Only massive flock shedding, base cracking or broken dividers can be verified for after-sales service with clear photos. Minor indentations are not eligible for full tray free replacement.
Artificial Damage Disclaimer
Flock shedding, glue separation, mold and permanent dents caused by artificial soaking, sharp scratching, heavy rolling, damp sealed storage wiping are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Tariff & Shipping Fee Disclaimer
Buyers shall bear all round-trip international shipping fees, customs duties and clearance charges for non-defect returns. We do not cover any logistics cost for rejected or abandoned parcels.
